Podrobn\u011bji se v\u011bnoval v\u00fdm\u011bn\u011b vodom\u011br\u016f, oprav\u00e1m st\u0159echy, instalaci v\u011btrac\u00edch hlavic. Informoval o zm\u011bn\u00e1ch v\u00a0pron\u00e1jmech st\u0159echy telekomunika\u010dn\u00edm spole\u010dnostem (sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed po\u010dtu n\u00e1jemc\u016f ze 3 na 2). P\u0159edstavenstvo vym\u00e1h\u00e1 pohled\u00e1vku ve v\u00fd\u0161i p\u0159es 50 tis. K\u010d za firmou P. Zeman, kter\u00e1 nedodala nov\u00e9 vstupn\u00ed dve\u0159e. Prob\u011bhla v\u00fdm\u011bna z\u00e1mk\u016f, pl\u00e1nuje se je\u0161t\u011b v\u00fdm\u011bna dov\u00edra\u010d\u016f vstupn\u00edch dve\u0159\u00ed. Byly vym\u011bn\u011bny hlavn\u00ed uz\u00e1v\u011bry vody, v\u00a0pl\u00e1nu je je\u0161t\u011b v\u00fdm\u011bna stoupa\u010dkov\u00fdch uz\u00e1v\u011br\u016f a instalace filtr\u016f jemn\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stic na rozvody vody. Byla uzav\u0159ena nov\u00e1 smlouva se spole\u010dnost\u00ed CentroNet (poskytovatel internetov\u00e9ho p\u0159ipojen\u00ed). Prob\u011bhly opravy plynu na \u010d\u00e1sti rozvod\u016f, kter\u00e9 spravuje dru\u017estvo; je t\u0159eba odstranit z\u00e1vady je\u0161t\u011b na rozvodech za bytov\u00fdmi uz\u00e1v\u011bry. Byla provedena revize \u010dlensk\u00e9 evidence, prob\u011bhla dv\u011b spr\u00e1vn\u00ed \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed ke zru\u0161en\u00ed trval\u00e9ho pobytu osob\u00e1m, kter\u00e9 ji\u017e na adrese dru\u017estva nebydl\u00ed. Byly upraven smlouvy na \u00faklid a \u00fadr\u017ebu domu. Byla uzav\u0159ena nov\u00e1 smlouvy o n\u00e1jmu nebytov\u00e9ho prostoru s\u00a0p. Mackem \u2013 firma Vodamac.<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159edsedaj\u00edc\u00ed p\u0159edal slovo m\u00edstop\u0159edsedovi p\u0159edstavenstva, p. Jon\u00e1\u0161ovi, aby \u010dlenskou sch\u016fzi informoval o hospoda\u0159en\u00ed dru\u017estva. Z\u00e1stupkyn\u011b firmy \u00da\u010detnictv\u00ed bytov\u00fdch dru\u017estev, pan\u00ed Roudov\u00e1, sezn\u00e1mila p\u0159\u00edtomn\u00e9 s\u00a0uz\u00e1v\u011brkou \u00fa\u010detnictv\u00ed za rok 2013. P\u0159ehled v\u00fdsledk\u016f hospoda\u0159en\u00ed je v\u00a0<a title=\"p\u0159\u00edloze \u010d. 6\" href=\"https:\/\/www.bdpsencik.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/\u010cS-2-20140610-Z\u00e1pis-p\u0159\u00edloha-6-v\u00fdsledky-hospoda\u0159en\u00ed.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">p\u0159\u00edloze\u00a0\u010d.\u00a06<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00a0rozprav\u011b zazn\u011bla st\u00ed\u017enost na kvalitu \u00faklidu spole\u010dn\u00fdch prostor domu. N\u011bkolik \u010dlen\u016f dru\u017estva upozornilo, \u017ee dodavatel oprav plynu neprovedl n\u011bkter\u00e9 opravy na bytov\u00fdch rozvodech a nesjednal ani term\u00edn t\u011bchto oprav, jak bylo p\u0159edem domluveno. Zazn\u011bl po\u017eadavek, aby dru\u017estvo dodate\u010dn\u011b p\u0159isp\u011blo na n\u00e1klady souvisej\u00edc\u00ed s\u00a0v\u00fdm\u011bnou oken.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Zpr\u00e1va kontroln\u00ed komise<\/h3>\n<p>P\u0159edseda kontroln\u00ed komise, p. Guk, p\u0159ednesl zpr\u00e1vu, kter\u00e1 tvo\u0159\u00ed <a title=\"p\u0159\u00edlohu \u010d. 7\" href=\"http:\/\/www.bdpsencik.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/\u010cS-2-20140610-Z\u00e1pis-p\u0159\u00edloha-7-Zpr\u00e1va-kontroln\u00ed-komise.pdf\">p\u0159\u00edlohu \u010d. 7<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>N\u00e1jemn\u00ed smlouvy<\/h3>\n<p>Projedn\u00e1van\u00fd n\u00e1vrh n\u00e1jemn\u00edch smluv je v\u00a0<a title=\"p\u0159\u00edloze \u010d. 8\" href=\"http:\/\/www.bdpsencik.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/\u010cS-2-20140610-Z\u00e1pis-p\u0159\u00edloha-8-n\u00e1jemn\u00ed-smlouvy.pdf\">p\u0159\u00edloze \u010d. 8<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00a0definitivn\u00edm zn\u011bn\u00ed je t\u0159eba upravit zp\u016fsob platby n\u00e1jemn\u00e9ho (za b\u011b\u017en\u00fd m\u011bs\u00edc, nikoliv z\u00e1lohov\u011b) a zp\u016fsob, kter\u00fdm n\u00e1jemn\u00edk p\u0159i del\u0161\u00ed nep\u0159\u00edtomnosti ur\u010d\u00ed, kdo je zmocn\u011bn ke zp\u0159\u00edstupn\u011bn\u00ed bytu (v n\u00e1vrhu je takov\u00e9 ur\u010den\u00ed p\u0159\u00edmo sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed smlouvy; p\u0159i p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00e9 zm\u011bn\u011b by bylo nutn\u00e9 uzav\u00edrat dodatek).<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e1le bude do n\u00e1jemn\u00ed smlouvy dopln\u011bno deroga\u010dn\u00ed ustanoven\u00ed, kter\u00e9 zru\u0161\u00ed platnost v\u0161ech p\u0159edchoz\u00edch n\u00e1jemn\u00edch smluv.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u010clensk\u00e1 sch\u016fze zmoc\u0148uje p\u0159edstavenstvo, aby ve spolupr\u00e1ci s\u00a0pr\u00e1vn\u00edkem dokon\u010dilo n\u00e1vrh textu n\u00e1jemn\u00edch smluv. \u010clensk\u00e1 sch\u016fze u ukl\u00e1d\u00e1 p\u0159edstavenstvu, aby nov\u00fdmi smlouvami nahradilo dosavadn\u00ed n\u00e1jemn\u00ed smlouvy. <\/strong>(58:0:0)<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>Dal\u0161\u00ed \u010dlensk\u00fd vklad \u2013 man\u017eel\u00e9 Vrbatovi<\/h3>\n<p>Projedn\u00e1van\u00fd materi\u00e1l je v\u00a0<a title=\"p\u0159\u00edloze \u010d. 9\" href=\"http:\/\/www.bdpsencik.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/\u010cS-2-20140610-Z\u00e1pis-p\u0159\u00edloha-9-dal\u0161\u00ed-\u010dlensk\u00fd-vklad.pdf\">p\u0159\u00edloze \u010d. 9<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00a0rozprav\u011b p\u0159ipomn\u011bl p. Guk p\u0159ipom\u00ednky, kter\u00e9 byly uvedeny ve zpr\u00e1v\u011b revizn\u00ed komise.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u010clensk\u00e1 sch\u016fze zmoc\u0148uje p\u0159edstavenstvo, aby uzav\u0159elo Smlouvu o p\u0159evzet\u00ed povinnosti k\u00a0\u00fahrad\u011b dal\u0161\u00edho \u010dlensk\u00e9ho vkladu se spole\u010dn\u00fdm \u010dlenem dru\u017estva, man\u017eeli Mark\u00e9tou a Lubom\u00edrem Vrbatov\u00fdmi, dle p\u0159edlo\u017een\u00e9ho n\u00e1vrhu. Dal\u0161\u00ed \u010dlensk\u00fd vklad bude uhrazen ve v\u00fd\u0161i 2\u00a0120\u00a0000,- K\u010d a bude spojen s\u00a0pr\u00e1vem k\u00a0n\u00e1jmu bytu \u010d. 318.<\/strong> (58:0:0)<\/p>\n<h1><\/h1>\n<h3>Pasportizace<\/h3>\n<p>Projedn\u00e1van\u00fd materi\u00e1l je v\u00a0<a title=\"p\u0159\u00edloze \u010d. 10\" href=\"http:\/\/www.bdpsencik.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/\u010cS-2-20140610-Z\u00e1pis-p\u0159\u00edloha-10-pasportizace.pdf\">p\u0159\u00edloze \u010d. 10<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00a0rozprav\u011b byl projedn\u00e1n n\u00e1vrh Bc. Daniela Vytiska, aby zak\u00e1zka byla p\u0159id\u011blena nikoli firm\u011b, kterou doporu\u010dilo p\u0159edstavenstvo na z\u00e1klad\u011b obdr\u017een\u00fdch nab\u00eddek, ale firm\u011b ing. Majera, kter\u00e1 by zak\u00e1zku provedla levn\u011bji a v\u00a0n\u00ed\u017e Bc. Vytisk pracuje.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u010clensk\u00e1 sch\u016fze ukl\u00e1d\u00e1 p\u0159edstavenstvu, aby zajistilo pasportizaci objektu v\u00a0rozsahu dle p\u0159edlo\u017een\u00e9ho materi\u00e1lu. Dodavatelem bude Ing. D\u00e1le zazn\u011bly st\u00ed\u017enosti na nepo\u0159\u00e1dek v\u00a0pr\u00e1deln\u011b po n\u011bkter\u00fdch u\u017eivatel\u00edch.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u010clensk\u00e1 sch\u016fze schv\u00e1lila nov\u00e9 zn\u011bn\u00ed domovn\u00edho \u0159\u00e1du dle n\u00e1vrhu v\u00a0p\u0159\u00edloze, kter\u00fdm se nahrazuje domovn\u00ed \u0159\u00e1d z\u00a022.10.2014. Nov\u00e9 zn\u011bn\u00ed nabude \u00fa\u010dinnosti od 1. \u010dervence 2014. <\/strong>(54:2:2)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Z\u00e1kaz kou\u0159en\u00ed ve spole\u010dn\u00fdch prostor\u00e1ch<\/h3>\n<p>P\u0159edsedaj\u00edc\u00ed p\u0159ipomn\u011bl z\u00e1kaz kou\u0159en\u00ed, kter\u00fd plat\u00ed ve spole\u010dn\u00fdch prostor\u00e1ch obou bytov\u00fdch dom\u016f a upozornil na st\u00ed\u017enosti, kter\u00e9 se t\u00fdkaj\u00ed poru\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed tohoto z\u00e1kazu. D\u00e1le vyzval, aby ku\u0159\u00e1ci neodhazovali nedopalky v\u00a0okol\u00ed domu a upozornil, \u017ee v\u00a0uplynul\u00fdch m\u011bs\u00edc\u00edch dru\u017estvo platilo \u00faklid tr\u00e1vn\u00edk\u016f pod okny.<\/p>\n<p>Na z\u00e1klad\u011b podn\u011btu n\u00e1jemn\u00edk\u016f po\u017e\u00e1dal o dodr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed klidu v\u00a0okol\u00ed domu v\u00a0no\u010dn\u00edch hodin\u00e1ch \u2013 klid ru\u0161\u00ed hovory pejska\u0159\u016f pod okny.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Spole\u010dn\u00e1 televizn\u00ed ant\u00e9na<\/h3>\n<p>P\u0159esedaj\u00edc\u00ed informoval, \u017ee spole\u010dn\u00e1 televizn\u00ed ant\u00e9na je nefunk\u010dn\u00ed a nem\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt snadno znovu uvedena do provozu. Pl\u00e1nuje se oprava spole\u010dn\u00fdch prostor domu v\u010detn\u011b n\u011bkter\u00fdch \u00faprav rozvod\u016f. V\u00a0r\u00e1mci t\u011bchto zm\u011bn by m\u011bly vzniknout i nov\u00e9 prostupy pro slaboproud. V\u00a0souvislosti s\u00a0t\u011bmito opravami p\u0159edstavenstvo p\u0159iprav\u00ed n\u00e1vrh nov\u00e9ho \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed spole\u010dn\u00e9 televizn\u00ed ant\u00e9ny.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Oprava spole\u010dn\u00fdch prostor<\/h3>\n<p>P\u0159edsedaj\u00edc\u00ed informoval o pl\u00e1nu opravit spole\u010dn\u00e9 prostory domu, p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm p\u0159\u00edzem\u00ed v\u00a0obou vchodech.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>R\u016fzn\u00e9<\/h3>\n<p>Letn\u00ed odst\u00e1vka tepl\u00e9 vody prob\u011bhne ve dnech 11.-14.8.2014.<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159edstavenstvo informovalo o obsazen\u00ed skladovac\u00edch k\u00f3j\u00ed \u2013 pro 71 byt\u016f je v\u00edce ne\u017e 90 k\u00f3j\u00ed. Vyzvalo, aby byly p\u0159edkl\u00e1d\u00e1ny n\u00e1vrhy, jak k\u00f3je rozd\u011blit.
