Chil\u010denko. D\u00e1le informoval o dokon\u010den\u00ed administrativn\u00edch \u00fakon\u016f navazuj\u00edc\u00edch na p\u0159ijet\u00ed nov\u00fdch stanov, o postupu prac\u00ed na nov\u00fdch n\u00e1jemn\u00edch smlouv\u00e1ch, dokon\u010den\u00e9 pasportizaci budovy a o dokon\u010den\u00ed energetick\u00e9ho pasportu objektu.\u00a0 Podrobn\u011bji informoval o soudn\u00edm sporu s\u00a0p. Zemanem (pravomocn\u00fd rozsudek v\u00a0pln\u00e9m rozsahu vyhov\u011bl n\u00e1vrhu dru\u017estva \u2013 p. Zeman m\u00e1 hradit dru\u017estvu pohled\u00e1vku ve v\u00fd\u0161i p\u0159es 50 tis. K\u010d a jej\u00ed p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161enstv\u00ed; pod\u00e1n n\u00e1vrh na v\u00fdkon soudn\u00edho rozhodnut\u00ed).<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e1le p\u0159edseda p\u0159edstavenstva informoval o \u00faprav\u00e1ch vchodov\u00fdch dve\u0159\u00ed, o spln\u011bn\u00ed povinn\u00fdch reviz\u00ed a kontrol, o hav\u00e1ri\u00edch, ke kter\u00fdm v\u00a0uplynul\u00e9m obdob\u00ed do\u0161lo (hav\u00e1rie kanalizace v\u00a0objektu P\u0161en\u010d\u00edkova 683\/6, zamo\u0159en\u00ed jednoho z\u00a0byt\u016f \u0161t\u011bnicemi z\u00a0nov\u011b zakoupen\u00e9ho n\u00e1bytku).<\/p>\n<p>Do\u0161lo ke zm\u011bn\u011b \u00faklidov\u00e9 firmy, s\u00a0nov\u00fdm dodavatelem je smlouva uzav\u0159ena na jeden rok.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Zpr\u00e1va o hospoda\u0159en\u00ed dru\u017estva<\/h2>\n<p>Zpr\u00e1va o hospoda\u0159en\u00ed dru\u017estva je v\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bdpsencik.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/\u010cS-3-20150623-Z\u00e1pis-p\u0159\u00edloha-4-Zpr\u00e1va-o-hospoda\u0159en\u00ed-dru\u017estva.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">p\u0159\u00edloze \u010d. 4<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ztr\u00e1ta ve v\u00fd\u0161i 481 095,25 K\u010d bude uhrazena z dal\u0161\u00edch \u010dlensk\u00fdch vklad\u016f.<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 (53:0:0)<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u010clensk\u00e1 sch\u016fze schv\u00e1lila p\u0159edlo\u017eenou uz\u00e1v\u011brku hospoda\u0159en\u00ed.<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 (53:0:0)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Zpr\u00e1va kontroln\u00ed komise<\/h2>\n<p>Zpr\u00e1va kontroln\u00ed komise z\u00a0ledna 32015 je v\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bdpsencik.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/\u010cS-3-20150623-Z\u00e1pis-p\u0159\u00edloha-5-Zpr\u00e1va-kontroln\u00e1\u00ed-komise.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">p\u0159\u00edloze \u010d. 5<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Smejkalov\u00e1 informovala, \u017ee kontroln\u00ed komise neobdr\u017eela \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 podn\u011bty od \u010dlen\u016f dru\u017estva.<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159edseda p\u0159edstavenstva informoval, \u017ee p\u0159edstavenstvo prov\u011b\u0159ilo faktury za vodu, na kter\u00e9 zpr\u00e1va kontroln\u00ed komise upozor\u0148ovala. Kostatoval, \u017ee do\u0161lo k\u00a0chyb\u011b v\u00a0platebn\u00edm p\u0159\u00edkazu, kter\u00e1 v\u0161ak ji\u017e v\u00a0minulosti byla opravena dal\u0161\u00ed platbou. P\u0159edstavenstvo rovn\u011b\u017e po\u017e\u00e1dalo protistranu o dal\u0161\u00ed informace k\u00a0t\u011bmto platb\u00e1m a ujistilo se, \u017ee protistrana neeviduje \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 pohled\u00e1vky za dru\u017estvem \u010di naopak p\u0159eplatky.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Volba \u010dlen\u016f kontroln\u00ed komise<\/h2>\n<p><strong>\u010clensk\u00e1 sch\u016fze zvolila kontroln\u00ed komisi ve slo\u017een\u00ed PaeDr. Lidmila Smejkalov\u00e1, Bc. Petra Novotn\u00e1 a Petr Sosna.<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 (51:0:2)<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u010clensk\u00e1 sch\u016fze se usnesla, \u017ee ka\u017ed\u00e9mu \u010dlenu kontroln\u00ed komise n\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed odm\u011bna ve v\u00fd\u0161i 2000,- K\u010d \u010dist\u00e9ho ro\u010dn\u011b.<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 (50:0:3)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Rozpo\u010det<\/h2>\n<p>Materi\u00e1l k\u00a0tomuto bodu je v\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bdpsencik.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/\u010cS-3-20150623-Z\u00e1pis-p\u0159\u00edloha-6-Rozpo\u010det.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">p\u0159\u00edloze \u010d. 6<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u010clensk\u00e1 sch\u016fze rozhodla, \u017ee m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvky do fondu oprav se od 1.7.2015 sn\u00ed\u017e\u00ed o 1\/3 dosavadn\u00ed v\u00fd\u0161e. \u010c\u00e1stka, o n\u00ed\u017e se sn\u00ed\u017eil p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvek do fondu oprav, bude nov\u011b p\u0159edeps\u00e1na jako m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvek na spr\u00e1vu bytov\u00e9ho dru\u017estva.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong>(53:0:0)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Prohl\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed vlastn\u00edka<\/h2>\n<p>P\u0159edseda p\u0159edstavenstva informoval o p\u0159ipravenosti dru\u017estva k\u00a0p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00e9mu p\u0159evodu byt\u016f do osobn\u00edho vlastnictv\u00ed. Byla dokon\u010dena pasportizace (jej\u00ed\u017e v\u00fdsledky se vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed i pro spr\u00e1vu objektu). Dal\u0161\u00edm krokem by bylo vypracov\u00e1n\u00ed prohl\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed vlastn\u00edka. N\u00e1klady na zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed prohl\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed vlastn\u00edka jsou \u0159\u00e1dov\u011b 100 tis. K\u010d, za vlo\u017een\u00ed prohl\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed do katastru nemovitost\u00ed se d\u00e1le hrad\u00ed spr\u00e1vn\u00ed poplatek za ka\u017edou jednotku (celkov\u011b asi 75 tis. K\u010d).<\/p>\n<p>Prob\u011bhla kr\u00e1tk\u00e1 diskuse o jednotliv\u00fdch form\u00e1ch vlastnictv\u00ed. P\u0159i orienta\u010dn\u00edm pr\u016fzkumu z\u00e1jmu o p\u0159evod byt\u016f do osobn\u00edho vlastnictv\u00ed vyplynulo, \u017ee z\u00a0p\u0159\u00edtomn\u00fdch m\u00e1 asi \u00bd z\u00e1jem setrvat u dru\u017estevn\u00edho vlastnictv\u00ed byt\u016f, asi \u00bc by m\u011bla z\u00e1jem o p\u0159evod byt\u016f do osobn\u00edho vlastnictv\u00ed a asi \u00bc nen\u00ed rozhodnuta.<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159\u00edpravu prohl\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed vlastn\u00edka nebude dru\u017estvo v\u00a0nejbli\u017e\u0161\u00edm obdob\u00ed zahajovat.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Opravy a rekonstrukce v dom\u011b<\/h2>\n<p>Prob\u00edh\u00e1 zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed studie pro rekonstrukci osv\u011btlen\u00ed a nouzov\u00e9ho osv\u011btlen\u00ed spole\u010dn\u00fdch prostor.<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159edstavenstvo informovalo o z\u00e1m\u011bru rekonstruovat rozvad\u011b\u010de p\u0159\u00edzem\u00ed a 1. pat\u0159e a rekonstruovat vstupn\u00ed haly v\u00a0p\u0159\u00edzem\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e1le p\u0159edseda p\u0159edstavenstva informoval o dal\u0161\u00edch drobn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch oprav\u00e1ch v\u00a0objektu, kter\u00e9 se pl\u00e1nuj\u00ed (voda, kanalizace, plyn).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Rozd\u011blen\u00ed nep\u0159i\u0159azen\u00fdch skladovac\u00edch k\u00f3j\u00ed<\/h2>\n<p>Materi\u00e1l k\u00a0tomuto bodu je v\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bdpsencik.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/\u010cS-3-20150623-Z\u00e1pis-p\u0159\u00edloha-7-Rozd\u011blen\u00ed-nep\u0159i\u0159azen\u00fdch-skladovac\u00edch-k\u00f3j\u00ed.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">p\u0159\u00edloze \u010d. 7<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Diskutovalo se o mo\u017enosti p\u0159id\u011blit ke ka\u017ed\u00e9mu bytu 2+kk po dvou k\u00f3j\u00edch nebo vybudovat nov\u00e9 skladovac\u00ed k\u00f3je ve spole\u010dn\u00fdch prostor\u00e1ch.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u010clensk\u00e1 sch\u016fze rozhodla, \u017ee skladovac\u00ed k\u00f3je, kter\u00e9 nejsou pevn\u011b p\u0159i\u0159azen\u00e9 k\u00a0\u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9mu bytu, budou k\u00a0dispozici za \u00faplatu ve v\u00fd\u0161i 60 K\u010d m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u011b, po\u010d\u00ednaje od 1.9.2015.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong>(49:2:2)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Pron\u00e1jem nebytov\u00e9ho prostoru \u2013 p. M\u011bn\u00ed se p\u0159ipojen\u00ed technologi\u00ed k\u00a0elekt\u0159in\u011b (vytvo\u0159en\u00ed samostatn\u00fdch odb\u011brn\u00fdch m\u00edst), \u00fapravy st\u0159echy (zes\u00edlen\u00ed krytiny v\u00a0m\u00edstech, po kter\u00fdch se pohybuj\u00ed technici). Sdru\u017een\u00ed Praha12.Net dolo\u017eilo hygienickou nez\u00e1vadnost ant\u00e9n, Rychl\u00fd dr\u00e1t tot\u00e9\u017e p\u0159isl\u00edbil.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Z\u00e1dve\u0159\u00ed p. N\u00e1hradu vy\u00fa\u010dtuje dru\u017estvo k\u00a0posledn\u00edmu dni ka\u017ed\u00e9ho kalend\u00e1\u0159n\u00edho \u010dtvrtlet\u00ed.
